How to track order with paisa pay id?

My paisa pay id is:43759543033

I have placed an order on Sep 29th 

I have already done a payment of 6499/- and the delivery date mentioned was 3/10 ,How ever we have not yet received the  item and the amount is been deducted. I cant even track the item. I need the status for the same so that either I can cancel the item and get the refund if the product is not going to get delivered.                                                  .
