I've purchased few seeds on 25th Nov, the seller has packaged the item on the same day from Delhi to Kolkata. But sadly I've not received the item yet after 12 days. I've called the dotzot coruier atleast 15 times and spent atleast 50 rupees on phone for tracking but yet there is no clue where the parcel is. And they told its missing. How funny it is.. I've raised a claim 5 days ago but yet no action. Does anyone have any idea how to escalate this?
