Four days back i marked the order ready to ship & instantly got the AWB no, next day i called the DOTZOT no given by ebay 08025365032 to remind them to pick up , DOTZOT person on that no told me to contact ebay .
I went on ebay online chat , they told me email inlogstics or call powership no 18002093229 .
I have emailed inlogistics@ebay.com three times in the last three days , no response .
When i call the powership no there is waiting time of 30-40 minutes to speak to a rep , i cant wait this long to speak to someone .
Now i have one more day left to ship it but ebay/dotzot is not picking up the parcel.
What to do now?
