has anyone else faced any issues with DotZot couriers. We dispatched 9 packiages since 26th Oct but none have been processed till now. Powership team is also not responding to several emails sent by us. This is one of the most pathetic experience with DTDC/DotZot. All buyers are also upset about the extreme long delay.
