FOR--EBAY MANAGEMENT

sir, i want to draw the attention of EBAY MANAGEMENT on wrong information provided by sellers on their page.

I ordered a sony radio to a seller who was /is providing information abt the shipping couriers as fedex, blue dart and DTDC,

BUT AFTER 5 days he says he cannot deliver asbluedart is not delivering to my city !!!

why then DTDC as courier partner on site?

why not the seller informed me on DAY ONE that he cannot deliver so the i could order to another seller quickly,

this thing needs urgent attention,so that we the buyers buy with easy and without hassels.
