Ebay Guarantee does't hold good

As per ebay Guarantee

"If the seller hasn't entered the shipping details within 3 days of item purchase, your money will be automatically refunded to your original mode of payment."

As per

Most items are shipped within 2 days of payment.

Your entire payment is refunded if not shipped within 3 days.

I bought a television on 27-Jul-15,  and the shipping details are not provided in 3 days  (today 31-Jul-15). This is my experience with customer care

1. a) on 30-Jul-15  questioned customer care via chat whether my amount will be refunded on tomorrow (31-Jul-2015)

           Response from customer care : Ebay Guarantee of 3 days is not applicable for TV and furniture , you wont get refund on 31-Jul-15, have to wait until 7-Aug-15 for refund 

1. b) On 30-Jul-15  Contaced Customer Care via phone

         Response from customer care: Specified that I would get an refund on 31-Jul-15

1. c) On 30-Jul-15  Contaced Customer Care via phone (again for confirmation)

       Response from customer carepecified that I would get an refund on 31-Jul-15

1. d) On 31-Jul-15  Contaced Customer Care via phone for refund since seller has not specified my shipping details and has not shipped.

     Response from customer care: Wont get an refund since seller has provided a date of 7-Aug-2015 (I questioned "What about  ebay guarantee that promises me refund , if not shipped within 3 days ..?") .

     Response from customer care: TV is specided under special category under Furniture. Link : http://pages.ebay.in/help/sell/paisapay-timelines.html which will be delivered in 14 days.

Dont know how TV is specified under Furniture.

1. e) On 31-Jul-15  Contaced Customer Care via phone for refund (again for confirmation)

  Response from customer care : Seller is a power seller, please wait for 2 days 

Still not clear on E-bay Guarantee 😞

Anyway loosing hope with ebay on empty promises, thinking to avoid ebay.
