sir My claim Id 698892 item id 151147699986 the seller has replied that you will recived refund coupon 50% of the item sold . the seller has also told that the same will be sent within 7 to 10 business working days from 21.10.2014 and the same is valid for 30 days. Till date I have not yet received refund coupon. Pl instruct the seller to send the coupon immedately as promised as the date will expire on 1911.2014 Pl inform the action taken in this regard .
