refund wrongly approved

Dear Sir, I sold an item I shipped the item to buyer on 26-JUL-2013 with trackon courier And item has been reached to buyer on 03-AUG-2013 as tracking shows online also. And i contacted ebay customer care on 08-AUG-2013 for hold the refund. Your customer care said that they have put the refund request on hold(CHAT RECORD I HAVE). But, now still they not hold the refund request, and approved the refund. This customer is trying to fraud us, by providing fake phone number and not replying to emails. Please cover me under seller protection program, as i have all positive feedback. Thanks, Savita Prasad"
