I bought a product and raised a claim 30days back as it is defect. i returned the product and approved. but amount not refunded. when i asked customer care they said it was approved and initiated on 24th and will get in 4 -5 days, later on 27 i got mail ans approved and initiated will refund in 4 -5 days from 27. but amount not refunded, when i asked on 1stAug one more guy said refund initiated on 29. and will get by 3rd. and yesterday one more said it is initiated on 30rd July and will refund on 4th. I do not know what is the wrong with ebay. and paisa pay and I have not received any amount. today it is 8th aug
Dont buy anythin on ebay
Is this the way you treat your customer by holding customer money for weeks unnecessarily.. how we will respect if it happens like this.
They dont have respect to customers even
