Has anybody made online purchases from the US ebay (ebay.com) or ebay .UK., making payment by Paypal.? How was your experience with regard to Customs formalities like delay in customs clearance ? Did anyone had to pay a customs duty to the post man delivering the article, which was more than the total of the cost of the article plus shipping charges.?
