Hi,
It seems ebay is allowing sellers whos integrity is questionable.
Above seller has sold fake Iphone5 to me without clarifying no manufacturer warranty, he did not comply to his 6 months warranty, not responding to mails or phone calls.
Registered complaint through paisa pay without any outcome.
I am thinking of taking ebay & seller (both failed to protect my interest against paid cost- cheated) to consumer court
