Dear Sir,
I have purchased CONGO DRUM FIBER 3PCS RED COLORED This product was listed as shipping free now, the courier company is calling me saying that i have to pick the parcel from their office which is at Ambernath and they dont do Door Delivery.
Please Advise if the product is listed as home delivery why is the product not being deliverd to my Address, why have i to pick the parcel from the courier company.
Secondly the product was supposed to reach by 30th November 2016 why has it been delayed.
