I understand from the previous interaction and your response that you are not caring about the customer complaint. intentionally ebay customer care are not replying to my question. You are just ignoring the customer complaint so that he will get tired one day following you and after that he forget about his complaint so that you will not have to pay him price of defective product. It seems whatever you are promising is on the paper only. I was not expecting such kind of careless from global company. Your response is degraded once customer receive product. once you receive money then you simply forget the customer It is looking like you are making me to forget that i have purchased defective product from ebay by not replying to my complaint.
