Payment released but order not Confirmed

I tried to place the order on 10/06/2016 of Redmi Note 3 (32GB)-Gold and paid via SBI Netbanking Rs.11890/- vide reference no GSBI4537530277IG0CDNCWC4.
The payment was cleared by the bank vide reference no. IG0CDNCWC4.
Also the payment was cleared to Ebay.in by the payment gateway partner Billdesk vide reference no. GSBI4537530277
But Ebay.in showed payment failed and didn't confirm the order. Till now, I didn't receive any confirmation from ebay.in despite calling them on their phone no. and sending them email.
Kindly help me out.
