Dear Sr i have bought coupions from freecharge but these coupions are not working . these are not accepted with a message that maximum redemption of the coupion has been taken place whereas validity of coupions is Jan 15, 2014.. But i have not used these coupion ( 15 coupions ) i have purchased and still freecharge is selling these coupions.
My coupioms are not honoured, Why ? I want to know the reasons and the persons/ authority responsible for this cheating so that i can make compalain to government authorities/ cyber cell crime. This type of bussiness which involvers cheating should and must be stopped.
Take my this request as a complain and address it as early as possible
