Please everyone can answer my questions. I have placed the order a Brand New Fastest Seagate Backup Plus Slim 1 TB External Hard Drive(Black) on 5th Oct and yet to recieved the shipment. Almost 22 days is over, no proper response from Ebay, Seller or Bluedart.
I need my money back and how to raise the claim in Ebay or i should go to seller. Ebay is least interest in customer satisfication and should avoid this kind of seller or shipping company.
Please suggest!
