Dear Sir/ Ma'am
I have earlier requested you to refund the amount in my bank account and not in Mobikwik wallet and to which you said, you will refund the amount in my bank account as soon as the refund is approved.
But in the last confirmation mail from you its written that "Your refund will be sent to your original mode of payment (i.e Mobikwik wallet)"
I request you to kindly refund the amount in bank mode only.
I have already mailed you my banks details but no confirmation yet.
