I had bought Kaspersky antivirus the details of which are as follows:
1. Item : Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 - 1 User - 3 Year Windows 8 Ready
3. Order date : 18-Jun-2014 via e-bay.co.in
Recently due to some reasons I had to uninstall the same without knowing the fact that I had lost product key of the same. I communicated to Kaspersky customer support with above details. In turn I have been asked to furnish two more details to get the product key. The required details are as follows.
1. Captured Image/Scan copy of Batch ID: (Batch ID (xxxxxxx-xxx) is printed on BOX white sticker.)
2. Screen shot of the License Number information
How can I get the above info.......Any relavant suggestions will be helpful...Thank you.
