First improve your customer care service, if they reply irresponsibly with all your customers, they will never buy with ebay even if you give 99% discount. The best example is: Guru Prasad - customer service executive. When i called he never answer for my question and he never care about my concern, he just wanted to close the call, thats it.. when i asked the same, he never allowed me to talk. Get lost Ebay.
