On 14-07-2014 the fedex delivery boy called me on mobile at 4pm and I was not available at home. He told he will come next day. But he did not come on the next day. Instead he changed the status from 14-07-2014 to 15-07-2014 as "FEDEX attempted delivery on 15-07-2014....". Again I called call centre on 16-07-2014 in the morning and they promised me that it will be delivered by 3pm. I kept on waiting till 4pm wasting my day. He finally delivered at 4.30pm after I again called to the call centre.
Whereas, on the same day on 14-07-2014 the Blue Dart delivery boy called me on mobile at 3pm and I was not available at home. He told he will come next day and he was prompt on next day at 10am with an electronic signature machine in his hands.
So my advice to ebay team and all its sellers is that, try to avoid Fedex and go for Blue Dart.
