A customer of mine opened an ebay gurantee claim after 81 days of delivery asking for a refund i dont know how it happened he opened the product from a non authorised service centre and is now asking for a refund. Please help me its very anoying if someone opens a fake claim and ebay entertains these type of fake claims.
