I had ordered one power bank(Item no.***) through ebay and found that item was different than actual ordered item and it was faulty. After continous follow up ebay executive asked me to return it via courier after doing all this stuff i have not yet received the refund of return item nor received the working item.
At the end i dont have the brought item and not even my money. What should i do now??
