I tried to make a purchase on friday 3/1/2014... the amount was debited from my bank account but the transaction failed.. After the bank transaction page ... the confirmation/failure page didnt appear so there is no transaction id...also the amount debited from my account has not been returned.. when will it be returned?.. my User ID carthic_k
