Why have I recd this alert when i dont know who is this
qjw909 and I have never interacted with this person?
I got this same alert for johnfromjersey also, whom I replied to a question regarding my product, a month ago.

Pls make it clear.

Hi,
It seems that those are frauds trying to cheat sellers / buyers with luring offers. This seems to be one of the eBay safe guard mechanism against the "nigerian" frauds. .

My apologies for this delayed response.

As rightly indicated by emailswarup, eBay Communication Partner Warning is send to a user to educate and alert them about the attempt made by a fraud user to contact them. The idea is to alert the user so that they do not transact with a fradulent user.
