why ebay wont ever succeed in India like this

Ebay gets orders from buyers and then tells sellers to do the rest.. Maybe in western countries this can work as there is the concept of professionalism there. But in India, how can you expect the seller to be proffessional in his approch ? I mean I know ebay is involved at each step but my order is still not in my hands after the due date is long gone. Nonsense company. Hail flipkart!!

Very true. I have an issue with ebay,. buyer claimed INR, ebay chaps from BUYER dept cooly said, Sir Please talk to buyer and sort it out. WTF, then why are we paying paisa pay charges and Final value fees.

I plan to take this with Ebay HQ. No point in dealing with these call centre guys who do not understand what is going on.
