what to do if cheated by seller?

I purchesed a Black Coat but size was not proper. When I contacted seller he agree to return and give any other item but after somedays he cheated and didn't return and stop responding.

What should I do in this case?

What can you do now?

after returning the item you can do nothing but leaving negative feedback.

you should have gone to ebay gurantee first.

Talking to seller first is good thing. Now if seller is not responding and you are in PaisaPay Protection which is 30 days of the transaction date, please goto PaisaPay and then eBay Guarantee and open a claim.

eBay Claim Deptt will look into the issue and will respond back to you.
