questionable bidder

I recently put up an auction for my laptop and it was bought within hours by someone with a 0 feedback and who is not a registered user. The buyer lives in Florida but wants me to ship this package to Nigeria supposedley as a gift. He wrote me an email that started out with "Season's greetings..." and only referred to what I was selling as "item". Is there some scam that's going around that sounds like this, or should I go for it and deal with this buyer?

These are frauds. Do not listen to them. They may show you Bank orders and others but those are all fake. If you fall in their trap then you will loose both your money and the item. .
