i am new to this bussiness and therefore a little bit faltering to enter into it. i am trying to buy an item worth of some thousands. please tell me how you make it a very secure process. how ebay will make sure that the product is delivered properly? and do you have any control over the sellers?

eBay has Buyer Protection Program and if the seller cheats, you can file for refund upto Rs.10000/-.

Also when ever you are buying a product, don't forget to checkout the sellers feedback score/profile. If the seller as good feedback and has over 90%, go ahead to buy from him.

Also secure way is paying through Paisapay. This is the best here and ebay will know about your payment details. ---------------
