i would like to share the follwing with the buyers community.
BEWARE My dear BUYERS ebay Will NOT solve your problems.i had a worst experience which i would like to share.i bought a NEW nokia mobile (one year guarentee)and after using for one month found problem with key board switches battery,i sent lot of emails and sent the set also paying 200 for courier.after 20 days i got the set back in the same condition.i appealed to the ebay customer service and they adviced me to sort out the problem with the sellar.I talked to the sellar and he agreed to send me the new one and requested for SOME TIME.I sent the set again by paying 200 for courier. and after one month there was no reply nor emai from the sellar and when i approched the ebay ,you know what they want me to take action with police and they did not even contacted the sellar.If you are at distamce place how will you go thro"these process
and the funniest thing is the EBAY did not try to contact the sellar.finally after sevaralemails and phone calls(STD)and spending few hundreds i got the sellar and i begged him to send the set,YOU know what he sent me the same old set with same old defects So, pl do not venture in to ebay with costly items it is O>K wih 200 to 300
i have all the email correspondence with the sellar as well as the Ebay
