I have purchased 2 gb 7-in-1 mp3 with 6 months warranty (290036651757) from jam0890 but till date i have not recived my product.

Sometimes there are delays in courier and its best to get in contact with the seller. Hope your item will be delivered at the earliest.

In case its delayed by more than a month then its best to file an Item not received dispute. It will enable you to solve the problem mutually with the seller or get refund as per ebay norms. .

As mentioned by emailswarup, there can be some genuine reasons due to which the item delivery is delayed.

You can contact the seller either via email or phone and here are the steps on how you can request for the seller's contact information:

- Click on the 'Advanced Search' link located at the top of most eBay pages.
- Click on 'Find Contact Information'
- Enter in your Sellers User ID and the Item number and click on search. A email will be sent to the Seller and yourself with each others contact information.

However, if you do not receive any response from the seller, its best that you file the Item Not Received Dispute against the seller. Here's a link which will give you a detailed information on the dispute process:

If you have not yet received the product then its best to ask for refund. It takes some time to end the refund process.
