tatonline is the seller...what was listed was a flip phone used for "company purposes for less than 48 hrs"..what i got was a shabby scratched cell with a loose hinge dats obviously been used for no less than one year!..whats more...i didnt receive some of the other additional peices promised with it and NO free gift either!....dats misrepresentation and a very serious offence!!..i've submitted my dispute to the console..da seller replies telling me i'll get mah money back with a certain percentage cut...is there a cut on "money back guarantee"?...if so how much? another thing...there's no way i'm returning that cell without knowing exactly how he intends paying me back...do i have trust issues with this seller...HELL YEA!!..once burnt...twice shy!...he hasnt replied to me yet.....this is taking waaaaaaay too long.....EBAY....DO SUMTHIN!
