Hi,

I think it will be better if you put a photo of your product. First 3 photos of a listing are free. Also, with a single product to sell you have to be patient. It may take months to sell it. With some sellers selling lots of items the buyers may not be able to find your product. You may try some ebay promotions but almost all of these are chargeable. However, a proper promotion may help to attract more buyers.

Lastly, I am not knowledgeable about the price of such products. You may mention the present price for a similar new product. Then the buyers will understand about the discount they are getting from you. .

Hi ultimatecooldude,

You may try all that emailswarup has suggested.

I was also intrigued by the product (VCR) you have posted. We used to own one some 15 years back. After advent of Cabel TV, we have not used it. I am not sure which part of attic it is lying now.

These days, people normally use CDs/ DVDs to watch movies. I have not seen anyone use Video Cassete recorders (VCRs) since past some years. I wonder if the product is anymore relevant in today's market.

Nevertheless, I hope someone (probably a collector) is interested in buying your product.

Warm Regards,
Sapana

Hi ultimatecooldude,

Don't feel upset.. As Swarup said, It takes few weeks to sell some products.

I checked your listing. Update your listing with a good quality picture. You can also add better discription.

Regarding the price, It seems a high. Rs.5000/- for a VCR is affordable. Hope some buyers will come to you soon.

Sapna, There are many people who use VCR these days too.. I have an Optonica VCR which I use a lot. Since VCR's are not available in the all market, I think seller have a better chance at eBay and other online market place.

Technology wise, DVD is very good. But some thing like Blue Eye will replace DVDs too. ---------------
