[n] How to get the refund - any ebay procedure

Hi,
I just return the product to seller and reverse the transaction on ebay. I paid via bank transfer (paisa pay), Now as I have reverse the transaction and send the product back to seller, How do I get my back?
How ebay will pay and in what time?
1. Does ebay pay by transfering into the same account which I used to buy.
2. Do I need to do some procedure on ebay?

Pl, shed a light on this. Expecting asnwer from ebay customer care or any experience user.

if yes, Kindly reply back what's the problem with the product. The seller has mentioned that refund will be given as exchange so you can exchange it for something else from his store.
The first step would definetly be to contact the seller.

ebay don't know if you have returned the product or what kind of dealing you had with the seller.

You will have to get in touch with the seller to get the money back.

This is because the Seller has your Money and not the ebay.

If the Seller doesn't respond then you get in touch with ebay and complaint against the Seller.
