I recently bought a 512 MB Sony mp3 player.First day only..,when i connected the player to my PC,I got a message that the player is not formatted.I had got a message from the seller that i should be formatting only using the driver that he has given.

But to my luck,Even the driver is'nt working properly. After that he advised me to try & format it using windows only. But I got a message saying that ---Windows cannot complete the format. So after i bought the player i'vent even heard one single song.WHat do i do now.

I want to send the player back to him & get my money back. It's so irritating you know..,After paying 2450 & have'nt heard a song in that.I have a feeling that the seller has sold a cheap player.

Do i have some means so that i can get back the money or ...

Dear kv_navaneethan,

Ask your seller for the replacement as the mp3 player you got is a defective piece and send the product back to the seller via some good courier companies.

Also if the seller doesn't agree for the replacement, file a dispute Item Not Received or Significantly Not As Described Policy
