how can one sell a item at a very lower price?

surfing through e bay i have seen no of items which r being sold by their seller at a very cheapest rate ,of which market rate is 2 high. how can it b possible to them to sell it?claiming that the item is new.

Some products are available at low price as the sellers want to draw more buyers to their shop - thus build the reputation and hope to make better profit later.

Normally the sellers charge a bit extra delivery charge in case of Rupee or 1paisa listings. So the delivery charge actually include both the delivery and item cost.

There are a few cheaters who lure buyers with low price and never deliver the products / deliver sub-standard products. But buyers paying thru PaisaPay are fully protected from such cheatings. They should lodge dispute within 60 days (better 45 days). .
