help needed

hi .on feb 2nd i had ordered a n73 through sagar surana(mobileplanet3) an by his instructions remitted 14700 in his UTI bank account.but till today i've not yet received the item nor any communication from him.i either want the item or want the money back.i cannot afford to loose a single pie.the seller is inaccessible an his cell phone's switched off.he doesn reply to my mails too

Wait for 3-4 days and if you don't receive it then open an Item Not Received dispute against the seller.
