I want to know that when an indian buyer bids on interantional item.and after paying for that item he still dont recvd the item what action do ebay takes so that either item or money get refunded.is there any program for buyer protection who r bidding on interanational item.pls do help me out.

Pay via PayPal and fund with a credit card. The seller will have none of your credit card info and you will be protected. Sellers don't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorised use. For buyers there is no more secure way of payment than Paypal with a credit card. Paypal is always going to provide you with the best protection, especially if you use a credit card to fund your PP payments.
