Hi ....im new around here...i have ordered a external hard disk....i want to know if i shud recive the item and then send the payment or send the payment and then wait for the item?i cud not locate the rules for it...kindly help..thankin you

If the item number is 320074921528(SEAGATE 80GB EXTERNAL USB2.0 3.5" HARD DRIVE 80 GB),Then you will have to make the payment in advance and then wait for the item.(COD is only available for Delhi and around place,But your city is not seems to be covered under COD option).

One more thing,please contact the seller for all the questions or doubts you may have and after getting satisfactory answer you may proceed.
