Withdrawal of -ve or neutral feedback.

Hi,
A buyer gave me a negative feedback on mistaken assumptions and afterwards he bought that item.Its a good one and he should be satisfied by now.Thats how I started in eBay with a -ve and new tag on me.But afterwards I had some excellent buyers.They are really nice people.Please help me on how I can pursue this gentleman to mutually withdraw feedback.Thanx,

BTW are we supposed to give any feedback for items not lifted after the bid? That was my first buyer, an excellent guy.May be he has monetary problem and avoids answering.

promise as long as I m here on Ebay I will definitely reply to your queries. For
ur new question -- Are we supposed to give any feedback for items not lifted
after the bid?--- Answer is YES. You should leave reply for all your
transactions whether it's a non - paying bidder, paying buyer, fake buyer, good
seller, fake seller, cheater seller because feedback is the only tool to know
more about an ebay member. Like if u give feedback to a seller suppose u have
purchased something from an ebay member and u r very happy with the product,
delivery u can leave feedback for that seller and that seller will also leave
feedback for you. Now if someone else buys something from this seller it's very
much possible that the buyer will check his feedback before purchasing and in
this way he will come to know more about the seller. Like if a seller is fraud
he must be having many negative in his feedback. So better leave feedback after
a transaction --- Be careful to contact your buyer before leaving negative
feedback for him because it can happen that he is not in a position to pay for
the item or some other problem. I
