What shall i do????

I had shipped a gemstone to mumbai in a good condition by registered post.After receiving the product the buyer is saying that the stone is cracked.How can a stone crack by itself.I have shipped so many gemstones to different places and have never received a complain.I think there is something wrong from buyers side.What shall i do??

Hi,

I have experienced the same. I don't use Register Post (expect only in certain places) as the Indian Postal department doesn't handle the parcels with care. The best way is use some good courier service. ---------------
