When the Buyer pays through Paisapay, the " Rs." Icon gets highlighted in the Selling Manager. That means you can ship the Item to the Buyer, as Paisapay deptment has received your payment. Then you get you weekly cheque from Paisapay.
Buyers Pays through Credit card via Paisapay.
Buyers can also pay through Bank Transfer via Paisapay.
When the Credit card company raises the invoice to the Buyer ....he can refuse to recognise his payment or somebody else may have used his card. Or there is a fraud.........This is when chargeback comes into play. Paisapay department takes back the money from your Paisapay account.
You then have to submit the POD to get back the money.
Regarding the missing parcel I won't be able to help you much but can suggest you that...........You can write in your Policy that.......... "Kindly check the product for missing or damaged products before signing the POD. Please don't sign the POD & Return the product if you find it damaged."
