Use the seller's email address to contact them, not eBay mail function, as these can get caught in email spam filters. To obtain your seller's email address, select the "won" link on the left hand side of your "My eBay" page. Then, on the right hand side of your "won" page, choose the "customise" link. On the page that appears, there should be a drop-down menu you can select to display members by their User ID or email address. Once you choose this option and save it, you should be able to see the email address of your seller displayed correctly.
