Upgrade price for enhanced services?

Hi,I sell stones.The Geological Survey charges Rs216 for testing.If a seller wants a genuinity certificate, is it possible to add that cost to the price already quoted? As it is this business is doomed.The cutter charges Rs10.00 a carat. Add to that the cost of the rough.And add to that the stones you cant sell for presence of inclusions and microfractures.Mind you, you cant sell half the stones you cut. Any system or any means to rescue this unique profession?Truly,,,,Amitava

the so called problems are not unique to you but industry standard ... i suppose .. so whats the prob ... instead of looking for answers here ... check how the other guys are selling it ... and if no body is able to sell ... only then it is a PROBLEM !
and a word of caution ... include the deo certificate cost built in the product price ... asking for those charges seperately are not permitted on ebay !
