After 2 weeks of back and forth with the Paisa Pay team, this issue still has not been resolved......
My seller Paisa Pay funds are sent to me by HDFC draft. These drafts have to clear at a specific branch instead of being payable "at any hdfc in India"......
So, to clear the draft my bank is charging me Rs60 for out of station clearing. So, every month I am paying Rs240 to clear the weekly drafts......
I mainly sell on ebay UK, so my India sales are sometimes really low and I may receive a draft for Rs100 - straight away to clear the draft I will lose Rs60 of it......
I have asked them if the payment cycle can be changed from weekly to fortnightly or monthly to allow me to build up my funds and only pay one clearing fee..they replied No......
The Paisa Pay team have now decided that my address is the problem and asked me to change my address to match the city of the clearing bank! ...and the emails go on and on......
I am sure I am not the only seller with this problem..has anyone had this issue resolved for them personally?
