Seller does not send the Item nor gives any response

Hi everyone,
I am a new user so I need your help in sorting a problem.
I have won a bid for an book for which I paid through PaisaPay. But after reminding seller twice he does not reply nor sending the item. Please suggest me what should I do...I don't want to send my negative feedback for any seller.Please sugest a solution. Thanks

Dear Anil Nigam,

Some sellers do ship the product around 7-15 days. So please try contact him via phone. Also your payment may be in pending and may need 2-3 days.

After 10 days, if the seller doesn't respond for all your email/phone call, just file a Item Not Received to ebay. You will get the refund from ebay.

TRY CONTACTING THE SELLER THRU TEL OR MAIL AND IF HE DOESNT RESPOND TO ANY OF UR MAIL,THE BUYER PROTECTION CLAIM OF EBAY IS ALWAYS THERE,
YOU CAN OPEN A DISPUTE AFTER 10 DAYS.
FOLLOW UP WHATEVER EBAY STAFF SAYS AND YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.
I TOO DID THE SAME AND RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK FROM BAAZEE.
ITS EASY BUY TAKES TIME,HENCE BE PATIENT.
