Recived material not usable

Hi..

I have purchased one pci multi boot recovery card reecently through ebay. But the product I recieved was not usable, because the driver for he hardware and bios everything is non-english(i think japanese) language. i contacted the seller several time. but no reply from them. what can i do next.

I think you should file 'Items not received or not as Described' dispute against the seller. He will receive an alert from ebay and most probably you will hear from him.
