Please be careful dealing with this Seller

I bought an Oreck Air Purifier for #123.80 from a Billy Lunday, mmm5@socket.net, Greak who has a store It's All Greek To Me for my Sister who was taking care of a man with severe Asthma in February. I paid with my Paypal. Upon receiving it, I found it made a sound like it was going to explode. I contacted the seller and sent it back. The seller promised to refund my money but kept stalling me with UPS had not sent the refund yet. The seller held me off on good faith until it was too late to leave feedback and Paypal said it was too late to do anything. Please beware of this seller!
