Making payment to eBay by DD

This is the first time I am to make payment to eBay.I dont hve an internet enabled account.So I went to state bank.They gave me a DD payable to "EBAY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED" all in block letters. Is that OK?
I understand that I'll be fined Rs.150 for bouncing. Obviosly I dont want that.Also if I want to make payment by crossed cheque, they deduct Rs45 for national clearing.How much should I add to the billed amount?Also is the address"Post Box No.16358,Delisle Road Post Office,Mumbai-400013?Truely,

Kindly confirm the
address by contacting Ebay customer support. Ask them about DD option as well as
cheque option too. I used to pay them by Online Bank Transfer and would like to
suggest u to contact them first. U can contact Ebay customer support by clicking

Hi, I just want to know if that Post Box No. works and also how much do I add to the billed amount for cheque payment because the bank deducts 45.00 for national clearing.
