Items listed not visible when we search

After we list an item our item is not visible while searching..what is the reason and solution?

Hi,

Sometimes it takes upto a day to be visible in the listing. An old and unsolved problem of ebay. In fact I have paid scheduled listing fees and made an international listing 12 hours before. Still it was not visible and I have lost a good business. It became visible after about 20hrs when it was useless. .
