ITEM RECEIVED BUT DEFECTIVE AND RETURNED BUT NOT RECEIVED NOR THE MONEY

I HAVE RECEIVED A RAM 256 MB FROM A SELLER 809ROCK.I RECEIVED IT AFTER 14 DAYS AND IT DIDNT WORK.I RETURNED IT TO HIM IMMEDIATELY.HE SAID IT IS WORKING.THEN I ASKED HIM TO RETURN IT TO ME.HE SEND IT TO ME VIA REGISTERED POST BUT AFTER FEW DAYS HE SAID IT WAS REVERTED BACK TO POST OFFICE.HE SAID I WILL AGAIN SEND YOU BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET.HE MADE A CONTINOUOS CONTACT WITH ME VIA MOBILE AND EMAIL AND MESSENGER.BUT THEN HE HAS NOT CONTACT ME STILL.PLEASE HELP.....................

Dear you seller in genuie but you have not recieved any refund or any item from his side. You will have to file a dispute item not recieved .. don't forget to choose the method "ITEM NOT RECIEVED" in case you choose item not as described the process of ebay is very lengthy you'll need to submit the returned item reciept / proof and then later on several emails after that faxes to ebay for the same this process will go very long so file as item not recieved as the item has not been recieved by you from seller side.

On ebay every transaction is safe so please be assured that your money is safe here ... write to the seller that you no longer need the item and need full refund as he can again delay the new shipment or can resend a non working item or you may be having difficulty using the memory card , so it's better you go to nearest dealer and buy the card instead.

my dear friend, u were a fool to deal on ebay..... just like i was. ebay is nothing but a platform of frauds, and sadly ebay is doing nothing about it.
i also face the exactly same problem like you. i have taken my fight against ebay to highest level, including consumer forum, tv channel, and american activists who in past have fought ebay

I accept the reply of kaya_jewels.
You must file a dispute and wait for the sellers response.
Do not worry, your seller is not a fraud.

Whereas, as tariquesid said, its the visibility of the buyer towards the seller.
No seller on eBay is Fraud, yes there are a few, but they get suspended immediately, as they are unable to clear the verification process by eBay.
As you said that you didnt receive the product from the seller, in that case, you must also file a dispute against the seller and show ebay a valid proof for your payment.
